And when they came to a place called Golgotha (which means the place of a skull), they offered him wine to drink, mingled with gall, but when he tasted it, he would not drink it. And when they had crucified him, they divided his garments among them by casting lots; then they sat down and kept watch over him there.
Matthew 27:33-36
When I was at my Prayer Altar praying the Lord told me to ask you a question: “Who took your garment?“
When they were arresting Jesus, the Bible says in Matthew 27:33-36 that they stripped off his clothes, his garments and divided it among themselves. What does this mean? Somebody is after your garments. Garments signify your identity, your honor, your glory and your favor. The enemy knows your garment is connected to your destiny, so he will try and send evil, negative people into your life to strip you of your garments. Jesus is stripped of his garments because of his social position; it makes him someone.
The Spirit of the Lord told me that you are now experiencing trials not because the Lord is not there, but it is because of the negative people that you have in your life stripping you of your garments.
They may appear as your friends, however, spiritually, the Spirit of the Lord revealed to me that they are working against you. Do not keep companions that are secretly not happy for you and what the Lord is doing in your life.
